Returns Policy

There are no return refunds on our books. We ship items to the exact address provided and are not responsible for the customer providing a wrong or incomplete address. We are not responsible for tracking down items in the case of a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer. We will send out replacement books in the rare case of book damage provided the customer send in a clear picture of the book cover, and the damaged areas.

Also, once your order status has been changed from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to "Awaiting Shipment" there a no refunds. This means that the funds you submitted to us for your order have been already used to start the process of your order.


Order Fulfillment Process

We use the Stripe Card Processing system. It can take credit card payments anywhere from 3-5 business days to come through to us. 



All of our hard copy books are print on demand so please allow up to business days from the time your order status changes from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to "Awaiting Shipment" for the book printing to be complete before shipment. You may need to allow a little extra time for orders near or on American holidays. International orders can take up to 28 business days to arrive and no tracking is provided on regular shipping at this time due to our printing partner's policy. However, we are diligently working on this with them. Thank you for your patience.

It should also be noted that we send the products to the exact address provided by the customer as we do keep records of exact orders. We are not responsible for orders being accepted at the exact address that is specified in an order if the customer provided that address but it is an incomplete or incorrect address. This simply means there are no refunds or reorders when we are provided the wrong information as we are trusting that our customers are providing the right info. Currently we do not provide expedited shipping. -KRH
