N'ko-Fongbe-English Demonstration: We not Only have Our Own African Languages but also Our Own African Writing Scripts

Posted by

Yes, We not Only have Our Own African Languages but also Our Own African Writing Scripts!

For not familiar or new to the sight, the writing script we use is called N'ko. It was created in 1949 by Afrikan linguistic scholar Soloman Kante. He originally created it so that the Maninka speaking Mande people could write in their own language. This script is widely used among the Mande and as of the year 6255 AX (2014 Gregorian year) we, at the Kilombo Monarchy of Ganlodo, adopted it as our official writing script as it corresponds very well with Fongbe and Yoruba.
